Niagara City Cruises is the only boat tour authorized to operate from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Departing from Niagara Falls, Ontario, our cruises offer the closest and most breathtaking views of the iconic Horseshoe Falls. Please be sure to plan your visit accordingly and ensure you have the proper travel documents if you are visiting from the United States.
To reach the boarding area at the "Lower Landing," please head to the Niagara City Cruises Main Ticket Plaza located at 5920 Niagara Pkwy, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6X8 (look for the large white sails next to the Zipline to the Falls Tower). The elevators leading to the Lower Landing are accessible via an AODA-compliant ramp.

The main departure point is located in the heart of Niagara Falls’ tourist district. Our address is 5920 Niagara Parkway, Niagara Falls, Ontario. We are just a short walk away from the foot of Clifton Hill.

Niagara City Cruises does not have an on-site parking lot.
However, there are several parking lot options provided by the Niagara Parks and surrounding businesses. A few parking options include:

- Niagara Parks WEGO: WEGO is the hop-on, hop-off visitor transportation system that connects all Niagara Parks locations to your hotel as well as other Niagara Falls tourism areas. Two WEGO lines connect at the brink of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, Table Rock Centre.
