To access the boarding location in the Lower Landing, please visit the Niagara City Cruises' Main Ticket Plaza, located at 5920 Niagara Pkwy, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6X8 (look for the large white sails next to the Zipline to the Falls Tower). Elevators to the Lower Landing will be accessible by an AODA compliant ramp.

- Parking: Niagara City Cruises does not have a parking lot, however, there are a number of paid public parking areas nearby and along the Niagara Parkway. Please allow for additional time to park and make your way to the boarding location.
- Full Mist vs. Light Mist Experience: Before sunset, boat tours sail into the heart of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls for a full-mist experience, while after sunset, for regulatory reasons, boat tours only sail to the outer edge of the Falls for a light-mist experience.
- Safety Screening:
- All guests and personal items may be subject to screening.
- Guests are permitted to bring a personal item. Personal items include a small purse or handbag, small backpack, infant diaper bag or camera bag. Maximum dimensions are 17.8 x 38.1 x 40.6 centimetres (7 x 15 x 16 inches).
- Restricted and dangerous articles are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: suitcases of any size, carry-on luggage, overnight bags, roller bags, briefcases, coolers, trunks, dangerous articles, and all other items that exceed the maximum dimensions for personal allowances.
- Please note that additional personal item allowance and entry restrictions may be imposed at the checkpoint without prior notice.
- All guests riding the boat (including infants) require a ticket to board.
- Outside food and beverage is NOT permitted.
- Wait-Times: please note although your pre-purchased ticket allows you to skip the Ticket Booth line, during peak periods (i.e., Mid-June to Labour Day, plus Holiday Weekends), peak times (i.e., 11:00am to 6:00pm), and other periods with high visitation, please expect line-ups to access the Lower Landing and to board the boat. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your departure time will take place within the booked cruise time slot. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
